Once the payment is successfully processed, our team will verify the transaction. Upon confirmation, we will activate your account, set up your application on your server, and provide you with access. If there are any issues with the payment, we will contact you with further instructions.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by E-MATREX on a case-by-case basis and granted in the sole discretion of E-MATREX.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
